Our technicians work closely with you through every step of the repair process. This includes various updates like:

• Twice daily phone calls with status updates at 9am or 11am and 1pm or 3pm
• An average of two 60-second video updates so you can SEE and HEAR any issues with your car
• Full digital photo inspections

These steps are designed to improve communication and to make sure you’re in complete control of the maintenance process. You approve any services or repairs and there are never hidden fees, services or other surprises at the end.
